■ Oita Prefecture leaf salad, hot spring paprika, and sweet potato salad with Yuwakiya soy sauce kabosu dressing

Deep fried fugu with shiitake mushroom tartar and komomo vinegar

Bungo chicken tempura and Oita vegetable tempura (shiitake mushrooms, Otohime garlic, Ajiichi green onions)

■Thickly sliced rice-flavored pork loin grilled at low temperature, chive-style

■ Dumpling soup with plenty of root vegetables

■ Soft and fluffy pudding made with eggs from Taketa

<Cancellation policy>

If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons after making it, a cancellation fee may be charged.

If you change the number of people in your reservation after 4:00 p.m. on the day before your visit, a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen (per person) will be charged.

*For parties of 10 or more, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the reservation date, a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen per person will be charged.
